• Payment Policy

  PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE.  Some procedures may require a deposit.

  We accept: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

  CareCredit is a medical credit card.  You may apply at www.CareCredit.com. They offer many payment plans.
